Zephyr

Installation and Use of the Tigeraire Zephyr shall be deemed acceptance of the Notice of Intended Use, Guarantee, and Limitation of Warranty. Installation and Use of the Tigeraire Zephyr shall further be deemed acceptance of the Terms of Service provided as applicable on the Tigeraire Website.

The Tigeraire Zephyr is intended for use solely as a clip-on device added to clothing and accessories such as a hat, shirt, or lanyard. If you have any questions or are uncertain about your clothing or accessories' compatibility with the Tigeraire Zephyr,immediately discontinue use of the Tigeraire Zephyr and contact Tigeraire at info@tigeraire.comfor support.

Inspect the Tigeraire Zephyr before each use for any signs of visible damage. Care should always be taken to assure that the attachment and use of the Zephyr does not impede the user's activities.

Tigeraire does not manufacture clothing or accessories. Warranties and duties related to the use of clothing or accessories are solely those of the manufacturer. Tigeraire products are being sold without recourse, covenant, or warranty of any kind, express, implied, or statutory. Tigeraire conveys product as is, where is, and with all faults, and expressly disclaims and negates any implied or expressed warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, conformity to models or samples, and freedom from redhibitory vices or defects. Tigeraire also expressly disclaims and negates any implied or expressed warranty at common law, by statute, or otherwise, relating to the accuracy of any of the information furnished. Fitness of use is derived by the individual evaluation of the buyer. Buyer hereby waives any warranty or representation, express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, completeness, or materiality of the information now, heretofore, or hereafter furnished by or on behalf of Tigeraire.

Before using your Tigeraire Zephyr, you must:

• read and understand all instructions for use;
• become acquainted with its capabilities and limitations; and
• understand and accept the risks involved.

WARNING: Do not use paints, solvents, chemicals, adhesives, gasoline, or like substances on the Tigeraire Zephyr because doing so can impact the integrity and/or performance.

WARNING: Do not expose the Tigeraire Zephyr to high temperatures. For example, do not leave it inside a vehicle in direct sunlight.

NOTICE: The Tigeraire Zephyr is recommended not to be used in temperatures below 60°F/15°C or above 95ºF/35°C.

INSTRUCTIONS: For safety and optimal performance, the Tigeraire Zephyr should be installed in a properly fitted article of clothing or accessory.

SPARE PARTS: Changes, replacements, and/or removals of one or any of the original components of the Tigeraire Zephyr are prohibited unless authorized by Tigeraire. Only use original Tigeraire replacement parts. The Tigeraire Zephyr should not be modified to accommodate other accessories unless directed by Tigeraire. If necessary, contact Tigeraire directly with any questions at info@tigeraire.com.

CHECK: Before using the Tigeraire Zephyr, check the integrity of all its parts.

CLEANING: Clean the Tigeraire Zephyr using only water, mild soap, and a soft, clean cloth. Let it air dry at room temperature. Do not use paints, solvents, chemicals, adhesives, gasoline, or like substances.

STORAGE: When not in use, the Tigeraire Zephyr should be stored away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. For prolonged storage, it is optimal for the battery to be charged at 50%. The Tigeraire Zephyr contains a lithium-polymer battery. Do not store it together with oxidizing or acidic materials. Keep ignition sources away. Do not smoke. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated location.

MODIFICATIONS AND REPAIRS: Do not apply adhesives, solvents, stickers, or paint. Tigeraire declines any responsibilities in cases where these instructions are not observed. Do not modify the Tigeraire Zephyr in any way unless the modifications are specifically authorized in advance and in writing by Tigeraire. An unauthorized modification can reduce the Tigeraire Zephyr's effectiveness. Repairs made outside of Tigeraire facilities are prohibited.

CHOKING HAZARD: Do not take apart or disassemble the Tigeraire Zephyr. Small pieces may be accessible and might be a choking hazard. Not intended for use by small children.

TRANSPORT: Any applicable regulations and guidelines for devices containing lithium- polymer batteries should be followed according to the jurisdiction and transport mode.

ATTENTION: In extreme cases, the lifetime of the Tigeraire Zephyr can be drastically reduced from one single use through exposure, for example to any of the following: chemicals, extreme temperatures, sharp edges, major fall, or load.

WARRANTY: The Tigeraire Zephyr is guaranteed for one (1) year against any defects in materials or manufacturing. Subject to the limitations below, where a Tigeraire Zephyr is deemed defective, Tigeraire will replace the purchased Tigeraire Zephyr or return the purchase price at Tigeraire's discretion. The replacement or repair of the Tigeraire Zephyr will be Tigeraire's sole obligation. The duty to repair or replace will be effective for one (1) year from purchase. Any replacement Tigeraire Zephyr will be delivered provided that (i) prompt notice of any defect is given by you to us within the period specified above, and (ii) upon your return of the defective Tigeraire Zephyr. Exclusions from the warranty: normal wear and tear, modifications or alterations, incorrect storage, poor maintenance, damage due to accidents and/or negligence, or to improper and incorrect usage. Tigeraire is not responsible for the consequences, direct, indirect, or accidental, or any other type of damage befalling or resulting from the use of any of its products.

INSPECTION: Inspect the Tigeraire Zephyr before each use for damage and/or deterioration. Immediately discontinue use if any part of the Tigeraire Zephyr is bulging. If the Tigeraire Zephyr appears to be damaged or is not working properly, discontinue use and dispose of the product. If the Tigeraire Zephyr is within the warranty period, contact Tigeraire at info@tigeraire.com to discuss the possibility of warranty coverage.

DISPOSAL: The Tigeraire Zephyr contains a lithium-polymer battery and must be disposed of at e-waste or otherwise approved facilities as dictated by applicable local regulations.
